Raw Vegan 365 is a year-long healing journey for women rooted in nourishment, discipline, and self-connection. Inspired by the rites-of-passage teachings of Queen Afuah, this program embraces raw vegan and plant-based living to support healing, clarity, and embodied wellness. This is not a diet—it is a commitment to self-love and intentional living.

I am a Black woman vegan doula providing compassionate, culturally grounded support for Black mothers from pregnancy through birth and throughout baby’s first year. My care centers plant-based nourishment, informed advocacy, and holistic support—walking alongside mothers and babies with intention, respect, and love during every stage of the journey.

Pilates for Black women focused on strength, mobility, breath, and alignment. Classes are offered virtually via Zoom or outdoors in a public park, creating accessible, supportive spaces to move with intention. This is mindful movement that honors your body, your pace, and your wellness.

Locs are a powerful expression of self-love and natural beauty. I am a mobile loctician providing intentional microlocs services for Black women in the comfort of your own space. A consultation is required prior to all services to ensure alignment, clarity, and healthy loc foundations.

I offer somatic therapy that centers Black women and honors the wisdom held in the body. This work focuses on body awareness, breath, and nervous-system regulation to support emotional processing, stress release, and embodied healing. This is gentle, body-based care designed to help you reconnect, regulate, and restore.

I offer book publishing support for aspiring authors, assisting with the process of preparing and publishing a book. I believe everyone has a book inside of them and everyone can become a writer. I wrote and self published my first book in 2021 and have continued writing since, now guiding others through their own publishing journey.
