At Naturally Queen Wellness, LLC, every service and product is created with intention, care, and integrity. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and credits are handled across our offerings.

1. Doula Services & Health Coaching Services

We want you to feel fully supported and confident in your wellness journey.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if services have not yet been rendered.
Once sessions, consultations, prenatal support, or any portion of your package has begun, refunds are no longer available.
Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We encourage clients to reach out with any concerns so we can provide clarity or support as needed.

2. Body Butters, Herbal Products & Wellness Goods

Because our products are natural, handcrafted, and made in small batches:

All sales are final.
However, in specific circumstances—such as damaged goods upon arrival or fulfillment errors—you may be eligible for store credit.
Store credit eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

We want you to love what you receive, so communication is always welcomed.

3. Sisterlocks™ Services

Due to the nature, time commitment, and labor of Sisterlocks™ installation and maintenance:

No refunds are offered for any Sisterlocks™ service.
All booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please make sure you are confident in your decision before booking, as these services require significant time and customization.

4. Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Courses, Downloads)

No refunds are provided for digital products due to instant access and deliverability.
If you experience issues accessing your files, we’re happy to assist with troubleshooting.

5. Promotions & Special Offers

Refunds, store credits, or adjustments will not be issued for purchases made prior to or after promotional discounts or sales.
